TeamRecept, we are a partnership operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2021 and we are headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark.

We deliver the recipe for an effective and sustainable training program that fosters trust, openness, and accountability within teams, and this work positively impacts the company's bottom line. We know that teams that can rightly call themselves high-performance have insight into their own and the team's strengths and development potential, have developed a supportive and trusting culture, have created a shared mindset for the team's values, and have aligned the framework and direction for the team's tasks and development. We also know that a prerequisite for a high-performance team is that team members experience psychological safety, maintain healthy curiosity, dare to highlight mistakes, and give space to everyone in the team.

We divide the training of a high-performance team into three muscle groups: The personal muscle (Know yourself) including: who wants what; self-insight via a personality analysis and a team profile; individual feedback with a focus on preferred behavior. The relational muscle (Know each other) including: who does what; communication training; culture building. The functional muscle (Know the team's professional knowledge) including: who can what; the team's framework and direction.
