We are a niche sales-focussed recruitment & training company that believes sales is the engine that drives every business. We set out to offer a service that only has an upside for both job seekers and businesses looking to fill vacancies. The SALES BARN was born out of continually coming up against the challenges of quickly finding trained, talented and committed candidates in the sales environment. We believed that these challenges were fixable with a passionate & focussed approach and that this would be of massive benefit to employers of sales staff and top class sales people alike. The SALES BARN has an in-house training program (we also do customised training for clients) that all our candidates need to go through before we will represent them. Candidates are also put through a rigourous sales selection interview to assess knowledge, skills and character. Our approach is to take the responsibility for ensuring that potential candidates we refer to clients are recruits we would hire in our own business. We bring fantastic sales people and amazing sales opportunities (vacancies) together creating the ideal outcome for both parties.
