We are TQ Finland, a partnership operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2008 and are headquartered in Espoo, Finland.

We offer psychometric assessments, consulting services and trainings. Our assessments can be used in all HR processes—from recruitment to development of individuals and teams, leadership programs, coaching, trainee programs and successor planning.
