Training Gallery ApS

We are Training Gallery ApS, operating in the human resources industry as a self-employed organization. We were founded in 2004 and are headquartered in Nyborg, Denmark.

We aim to add value to our customers' businesses, and our efforts are measurable and justifiable.

To achieve this, we differentiate our activities by offering a pedagogical approach to any kind of task: we begin with a thorough feasibility study to understand the customer, their culture, and the challenges so we can tailor the course to individual needs. Our approach is practice-oriented and based on action-learning, and it ends with each participant producing an individual action plan detailing how and when to implement what has been learned. We complete all activities with a follow-up meeting to ensure that the learned is implemented in practice. From the very beginning of the activity until the follow-up meeting, we provide unlimited access to support, counseling, and coaching from our consultants.

Our main focuses as consultants, trainers and coaches are: Organisational Development, Management Development, Leadership Development, Team Development, Personal Development. We also engage in Employer Engagement Survey, 360 Degree Leader Survey, Everything DISC, Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team, and MAGIC 5 Keys To Unlock The Employer Engagement.
