We require at least six months of BPO experience, a degree in any medical-related or medical allied field or related coursework, or experience handling healthcare accounts for those who have not completed such coursework. We offer a refundable training fee option, instructor-led training with a comprehensive syllabus, training completion and HIPAA certification, endorsements to a VMA company, assistance in client matching, and a rate increase after three months of deployment. The program includes modules such as Introduction to the US Healthcare System, Roles & Responsibilities of a Virtual Medical Assistant, and Customer Service & Soft Skills Training.
