Tres Grados

Tres Grados is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Montevideo, Uruguay.

We connect and select the people the company needs in a lightweight way, allowing the business to focus its energy on core activities. We recruit and select people not only from a technical perspective, but also to ensure alignment with the culture and values of the organization. We conduct in-depth psychotechnical assessments and take the time to get to know each candidate, so that, in addition to technical fit, there is an understanding of how to manage them effectively and unlock their potential.

We strengthen leadership through the Systemic Leadership program, helping leaders feel greater confidence and clarity to lead, with a positive impact on team wellbeing and effectiveness. We also offer systemic consulting to help leaders and the team connect with their own resources and with patterns within the organization or modes of relating that limit wellbeing and effectiveness, providing key information for decision making. In our workshops, we address the issues leaders are concerned about regarding their teams through deep, practical sessions.
