TWISE: we are a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany.

We address gender parity in leadership by offering a collaborative work model that resolves the conflict between the part-time preference of mothers and the full-time expectations of companies when it comes to top leadership. We identify a matching female talent from our proprietary pool to support a pregnant leader or expert, and together they form a tandem partnership using a 20/80-job-sharing variant to bridge maternity leave.

We use traditional headhunter expertise and smart algorithms to select candidates, giving equal weight to skills and personality criteria since the latter is crucial for effective tandem partnerships. Our patented personality matching algorithm has been empowering recruiters internationally since 2013. Our proprietary pool consists of highly qualified female leaders and experts who are ready to rejoin the workforce as part of a female tandem. We support our customers, particularly their internal employee and her external tandem partner, through a targeted onboarding curriculum.

We operate with a mission-driven pricing strategy: our model adds value through the proven effect of diversity on corporate performance, and our fees are structured to amortize at a 20% premium off the salary of the incoming tandem partner.
