We are an external Tech Recruiting partner with a track record supporting tech organizations, including eBay Group, SumUp, AUTO1, Raisin, Adevinta and more. Having immersed ourselves for years in the space through content, events and podcasts, we understand what it takes to take a Tech team to the next level. We are continually seeking to understand the pain points of internal Talent teams and Tech Leaders, so it is not just what service we deliver, but how we deliver it too.

We aim to be diligent and intelligent about how we go about our work, prioritizing quality over quantity. We also seek to save time and reduce stress for the people we partner with.

We provide external Tech Recruiting services focused on software and AI teams. We support internal talent teams and tech leaders to address recruitment needs.
