We are Vilje Construction AS, a public company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We are a staffing company composed of owners and employees with long experience from the construction industry and staffing solutions for the contractor market in Norway. We were founded in 2007 and are headquartered in Tønsberg, Norway.

Our purpose is to provide reliable staffing solutions to the contractor market in Norway. Our most important resource is the employee, and by focusing on the employee we also benefit our customers. We maintain a strong focus on customer orientation and on highly competent people, which will characterize the company in Norway. We place a high emphasis on quality at every step and on health, environment and safety to ensure our clients receive a competent, predictable and safe staffing provider.

We deliver staffing solutions by understanding client needs, selecting skilled professionals across carpentry, joinery, masonry, formwork carpentry, groundwork, tiling, painting and other construction personnel, and coordinating assignments with attention to safety and reliability.
