We are Worq i Sverige AB, a public company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2012 and are headquartered in Malmö, Sweden.

We have long and broad experience in sales, service and support, which gives us a deep understanding of many industries from both a candidate's and a company's perspective. Our mission is to understand each company's unique needs and deliver the solution they need to achieve their goals, regardless of how high the bar is set and whether the position to fill is junior or senior. We primarily place candidates in the Öresund region, but also in other parts of Sweden.

We are professionals in proactive search. For us, it is a natural part of our offering and something that is included in our model. A standard that secures the solution for both candidates and companies. We see it as natural to work actively and push boundaries to find the right person for the right assignment.
