We are HR-business-specialized agents, and we aim to present the most career options to recruiters, and to provide the most information to those aiming to become recruiters. We believe the value of an agent lies in supporting individuals considering career changes or career advancement. We provide career transition support in staffing and recruitment, executive search, HR tech, edtech, education, and consulting.

We provide management consulting for the HR business, including consulting to support the founding of recruitment SaaS companies. We offer vision formulation support, STP analysis support, KPI setting, visualization support, execution support, training, one-on-one training, on-site accompaniment, recruitment support, and handling management outsourcing, tailored to our clients' challenges.

We operate a Career Interview Platform where we introduce alumni who have made similar career changes to assist with job-search decisions. When more detailed information about specific companies is needed, we conduct alumni talent searches. We provide information from applying companies, from our agents, and from people working at those companies to support a job seeker's decision. We believe that successful career changes come from thinking through the decision until one is satisfied; this is the career-support we aim to realize.
