We are STORY plus, a privately held staffing and recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.

From time immemorial, children speak their thoughts with innocence and are full of hope. As adults, we gain wisdom and are guided by an adult paradigm, and many may turn away from their own thoughts, fail to express them, and lose their shine. We seek to contribute to a hopeful society by holding onto our thoughts and aspirations and envisioning a bright future for Japan. STORY plus aims to contribute to building such a society. We operate with the concepts "thoughts connect to create the future" and "thoughts nurture the future," and we develop services with thoughts as the starting point.
