We are 3D Human Development, a privately held company operating in the human resources industry, headquartered in Bucharest, Romania.

We view 3D Analysis as more than a tool; it is expertise. It is an online assessment that provides important information about a person’s behavior in natural and under pressure, the values that motivate them, and their preferences for teamwork and their way of thinking. 3D Analysis offers value through expertise at the individual, team, and organizational levels. The assessment consists of about 15 minutes online, with 95% accuracy. 3D Analysis analyzes individuals from three perspectives at each level—behavior, thinking, and individual motivations. It provides solutions for change, measurement, analysis, and development in areas such as organizational culture; evaluation of personnel for training, promotion, risk assessment and potential development of each employee; research into client profiles to identify preferences, reactions under pressure, and motivations; recruitment and placement of candidates; evaluation of collaborators and how they will work in business relationships; vocational orientation of youth; and retraining of employees. We help organizations improve their performance through the development of people using the 3D Analysis expertise.

We deliver our services through a structured approach centered on the online 3D Analysis assessment, followed by interpretation and development recommendations. The assessment is approximately 15 minutes long and provides 95% accuracy. We analyze individuals from three perspectives—behavior, thinking, and individual motivations—across the individual, group, and organizational levels. We apply the insights to organizational culture, staff evaluations for training and promotion, risk assessment and development potential, client profile research, candidate selection and placement, collaboration evaluation and the way they work in a business relationship, youth vocational orientation, and employee retraining.
