We are Aaron Sprint, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.

Our idea is to empower people to achieve goals, do work they truly want and are passionate about, minimize risk, and develop through challenges with the help of colleagues, partners, talents and consultants. We are all different, and it is the differences among us that help us and our business grow. There are no bad personalities: you cannot be too old, too young, belong to the wrong group, come from the wrong country, or be wrong in general.
