We are ABM Potencial Humano, a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2010 and are headquartered in Lima, Peru.

We are focused on the most important resource in any company: the human resource. Because productivity is closely linked to the people on the team, we focus on the potential each person has within the organization and on developing their skills.

For this service, we have a team of specialists in human behavior, with external multidisciplinary support in research and science across fields such as psychiatry, neurology, medical genetics, biology, physics, engineering, and anthropology.
