Accuris Group is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2014 and are headquartered in Brussels, Belgium.

We specialize in recruitment across finance-related areas, including private banking, asset management, UHNW, but also lawyers, consultants, trusts, and insurance. We focus on our knowledge of the Belgian market, with our clients located either in Belgium or abroad (“Belgian desks”). In addition to our core recruitment activity, we also offer training and advisory services, and we contribute to improving the human capital and the processes of our clients.

Our activities include executive search. We take a "humanistic" approach and consider ourselves as talent "hunters." We build our success on the relationship with our candidates and clients. Our approach is to understand and build for the future together with our clients. Training by objectives is provided as a continuation of our recruitment activities. We see training as a tool for developing the capabilities of the individual, and we insist on the link between personal development and the objectives of the company, which should make every training unique. We build every training as a combination of hard skills, soft skills, and individual coaching. We also offer advisory services in the continuity of our recruitment and training activities. We assist our customers in the implementation of concepts proposed during our training and we help in the improvement of processes in which our candidates are involved, or support HR departments with our expertise.
