ACENTER SAC, we are a self-owned company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Lima, Peru.

We are dedicated to providing high-quality service in global psychological advisory. Our work is organized into three units: the Organizational Unit, the Clinical Unit, and the Educational Unit. In the Organizational Unit, we conduct rigorous evaluation, search and selection of personnel, and Assessment Center programs, along with training and managerial development. In the Clinical Unit, we provide counseling, supportive therapy, and psychoanalytic psychotherapy. In the Educational Unit, we apply strategic tools to support vocational guidance and personal development workshops.

We deliver services through a structured, unit-based approach and apply methodologies in behavioral analysis, using innovative instruments to support our assessments, counseling, and development programs.

Our specialties include Human Resources, Selection, Head Hunting, Outsourcing, Training, Assessment Center, and Psychological Evaluation.
