ACMPartners, we are a self-employed staffing and recruiting organization operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2023 and are headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark.

We provide sparring around recruitment needs and tailor a solution that fits those needs. We offer not only the full recruitment process but also parts of the process depending on your requirements. This approach provides flexibility and allows you to choose the solution that best fits your needs. A tailored approach can be decisive for successful recruitments.

We deliver services using recruitment process models: a 360° recruitment process (full process), a 180° search (partial process), and a 90° search (partial process). In every approach, three elements are shared: a contract defining the collaboration; a meeting where the profile is thoroughly assessed; and a timeline so you know when you must participate. This provides flexibility and the option to select the solution most suitable for your situation.

Consultant services include test feedback, interview training, recruitment training (before and during an employment process), and training to attract the best candidates. Candidate services include sparring about CVs and future career opportunities, test feedback, and training sessions in interviews.

We operate in Denmark and serve clients and candidates across the country.
