We are Acropolis Group, a privately held recruitment company operating in the executive search services industry. We began in 1999 to support and advise organizations in attracting and retaining talent. We are headquartered in Luxembourg.

Our purpose is to support organizations in attracting and retaining talent through executive search services.

From 2004 to 2022 we expanded to China and Asia. In 2023 we established a presence in Luxembourg, closer to our clients. In 2024 we became a federated company of FMW Group and set up the FMW Bank-Finance branch in Luxembourg.

We operate in Luxembourg and China.
