We are Ad-Hoc Service ApS, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Toftlund, Denmark.

We provide engaged and qualified pedagogical staff with several years of experience within the social and special-pedagogical field. Together with you, we find the right match between the citizen and the staff, as we believe that the relationship and professional expertise are decisive for the quality of the overall effort. We take pride in preparing our staff for the individual task and thus conduct ongoing evaluations with partners and employees during projects. We work closely with municipal, regional and private actors, and offer flexible solutions, whether the need is acute or a longer-term project.

We specialize in a range of services, including safety-support programs for people with dementia, coverage of safety-assuring tasks, coverage of planned shifts after a rotation, coverage of one or more full-time positions, special measures and individual projects, housing support under §85 SEL, special educational interventions, family therapy, supported visitation, supervised visitation, acute temporary placement, youth support, early preventive interventions, and alternatives to placement.
