AddSpice

AddSpice is a privately held organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Antwerp, Belgium.

We provide hands-on and pragmatic HR coaching and advisory services. We focus on connecting the increasingly tight labour market with smart, cost-conscious recruitment solutions. Our work includes designing and implementing HR innovation projects, conducting organizational analysis for sustainable employer practices, supporting employee engagement in collaboration with a Gallup Q12 expert, promoting inclusive entrepreneurship, shaping workable work and organizational design, and establishing retention and reintegration policies. We also deliver keynotes on sustainable employment and inclusive entrepreneurship.

Our approach is hands-on and pragmatic, with attention to buy-in and participation. We rely on open source, and from management to the shop floor we consider corporate social responsibility. We operate with temporary presence, with the goal of internal system change so that our support becomes unnecessary.
