We are AG Johnsen, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2007 and are headquartered in Oslo, Norway.

We were established in Switzerland in 2007 as a recruitment and Human Capital Solutions company. Specializing in the search, selection and relocation of candidates throughout the European Union, we work with international partners to find the best candidates for our customers. Our Human Capital Solutions department works with managers and management teams, providing specialized team building along with management and leadership support and development.

In the last few years we have expanded our services to include managing many aspects of the HR, Legal, Quality and Regulatory areas within an organization. We have project managers that can work in a variety of fields, HR, Quality Certifications, Regulatory strategic planning and system implementation (GDPR, MDR, IVDR, etc.). We can also provide legal advice within all aspects of your organization.

Our main services are Recruitment, Project Management, Legal Advice, Leadership Training, Quality Management and Regulatory Specialist services.

Today we are represented in Switzerland, Norway and Sweden with an extensive network throughout Europe. Our customers range from start-up companies to the large market leaders, representing governments, communities, academia and private sector businesses.
