AIESEC in Gent

We are AIESEC in Gent, a nonprofit organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We are headquartered in Gent, Belgium.

We partner with organizations to develop and source their global talent needs across our network. Through our programs in universities, we provide organizations with access to a global network of young talent who have the capabilities to make a positive impact. We provide students and recent graduates with opportunities to intern abroad within partner organizations.

We deliver these services by connecting organizations with university programs and a global network of young talent, enabling internships and talent sourcing across our network.
