Alabadas

Alabadas, we are a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

We are a cultural accelerator for gender diversity. We recognize a patriarchal bias in society, and our aim is to challenge those beliefs that both women and men have built about what it means to be a woman.

We address gender diversity through a cultural acceleration approach, focusing on challenging patriarchal beliefs and using the life stories of women as references to illustrate progress in professional spaces.

We operate in Argentina.

From the life stories of 30 women, we demonstrate how they could challenge patriarchal beliefs in their respective communities and reach the positions they occupy in their professional areas.
