We are Alia Consulting S.r.l., a partnership operating in the human resources industry, headquartered in Milan, Italy.

Our purpose is to support organizations through organizational development, the design and management of instruments and methodologies for people management, and the design and management of potential appraisal, especially through the Assessment Centre method. We also conduct organizational check-ups and analyses of training needs, provide managerial training in leadership, motivation, interpersonal communication, and performance appraisal, and implement performance management with a behaviorally oriented approach. We offer recruitment and selection, both at individual and large-scale dimensions, and support organizational change through culture and climate analysis, focus groups, and interventions in mergers, organizational restructuring, and downsizing.

We deliver these services through the design and management of instruments and methodologies for people management, and through potential appraisal using the Assessment Centre method. We perform organizational check-ups and training needs analyses, and we support managerial training and recruitment and selection projects at both individual and large-scale levels.
