We are Alphas Team Scandinavia, a partnership operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2014 and are headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark.

We operate from Copenhagen, Denmark, with a network of potential employers from across Europe. We specialize in the placement and relocation of applicants within our network after having interviewed them. Our process includes phone interviews and in-person meetings with our applicants to understand what they are really looking for before introducing them to the opportunities we can offer them. We also provide test cases for them, sometimes via industry consultants, to understand their professional capabilities and so we are able to bypass a long interview process and quickly find the right opportunities.
