We are ALPS EAST GmbH, a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2025 and we are headquartered in Vienna, Austria.

We are the platform in Vienna that creates opportunities. We accompany employees and workers—dedicated people with residence permits and German language skills (A1–B2)—on their path to the Austrian labor market. Whether in warehousing, production, or security, we connect talents with companies, offer application support, cultural orientation, and real prospects. Additionally, we provide German courses and our own IT academy to support the next career step.

We deliver our services through a platform-based approach that connects talents with employers and provides concrete support at every step, including application guidance and cultural orientation.

We operate in Austria, with our base in Vienna, and our activities are focused on serving the Austrian market from this location.
