Aroma City Group, we are a partnership operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2005 and are headquartered in Amman, Jordan.

We provide professional recruitment services, specializing in headhunting for professional and qualified individuals through a network that covers the Levant and Gulf. We aim to provide headhunting services for suitable and qualified executives in middle and upper management positions across the Middle East. We match skills, knowledge and experience with the requirements of each position, and design a recruitment process to meet each employer's requirements.

We begin the recruitment process with an assignment letter identifying the service terms and conditions. The employer's requirements are then ascertained through a written employment requisition form. Using our extensive database and network, we conduct a rigorous search to identify potential candidates for interviews. We then send a selection of CVs to the employer to complete the recruitment procedures.
