AS CONSULTING RRHH we are a self-owned organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2004 and are headquartered in Manresa, Spain.

We work with companies to identify the candidate who best fits each position and organization. We advise and work to achieve better management and development of their human team, implementing processes of job analysis and job evaluation, systems for evaluating performance and potential, competency-based management, studies of workplace climate, and the implementation of remuneration policies.
