AYB soluciones is a self-owned organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Santa Marta, Colombia.

We were established to provide waiters, bartenders, and kitchen assistants, addressing the need in Santa Marta and surrounding areas for qualified and organized personnel to work in hotels, hostels, or convention centers.

We deliver our services by coordinating staffing needs, managing the recruitment process, and recruiting trained personnel who meet the required standards, and by offering training programs where applicable.
