BAATS: We are a partnership operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Milan, Italy.

We view BAATS as a vision, a meta vision. We exist to aggregate, spread and amplify intelligence, recognizing that intelligence includes thinking, imagining, acting, and feeling. Our mission is to continuously reconfigure our colors and yours. In our projects we stimulate and activate the ideas that must come from the organization and we use them to transform our being together, our cohesion, and our habits of thought.
