We are BackUp Byggpersonell AS, a publicly held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2011 and are headquartered in Oslo, Norway.

We are specialists in staffing for the fields of industry, construction and civil engineering. Our staffing consultants have multidisciplinary backgrounds from industry, trades, and the staffing sector. We have both expertise and capacity to staff everything from large projects to individual assignments and permanent positions.

BackUp Byggpersonell is part of BackUp Gruppen and was spun out as its own specialist company in 2011. Today we have local offices and staff large parts of the country.
