Bayan is a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the healthcare staffing and back-office solutions space. We were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Davao, Philippines.

We provide healthcare organizations with smart, scalable staffing and back-office solutions through three specialized divisions: ChartAssist – Clinical Compliance; CareStaff – Nurse Staffing; and CareOps Support – Remote Team.

We help healthcare organizations save time, reduce burnout, improve outcomes, and stay compliant.

We deliver our services through three specialized divisions: ChartAssist – Clinical Compliance, which uses U.S.-licensed RNs who handle charting, care plans, and compliance checks for skilled nursing facilities; CareStaff – Nurse Staffing, providing on-site RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and school nurses for hospitals, home care, long-term care, and educational settings; and CareOps Support – Remote Team, with Philippine-based professionals trained in U.S. systems who manage billing, prior authorizations, claims, credentialing, and admin support.

We operate in the Philippines and the United States, with a presence in Davao and New York.
