Be_Back

Be_Back operates in the Human Resources industry, and we were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Antwerp, Belgium.

We aim to strengthen and accelerate the reintegration of long-term sick employees (employees with an employment contract) by developing a supportive tool for employees, employers, and occupational doctors. The tool is embedded in a model for step-by-step, evidence-based guidance to prepare for return to work. In addition, we seek to raise awareness among companies to apply the developed methodology to employees at risk of falling out due to mental health problems or health limitations. Employees who do not fall out should not be reintegrated; this is prevention in its purest form, at the top of the prevention hierarchy. The full project runs over two years, until 31 May 2022.

We deliver our approach by integrating the tool into a model that provides step-by-step, evidence-based guidance for the long-term sick employee and the employer as they prepare for the return to work.
