BeOn Developing People

We are BeOn Developing People, a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2005 and are headquartered in Rome, Italy.

Our purpose is to support organizations in facing changes that improve performance without neglecting the well-being of people. We believe tangible results can be achieved only if we care for the intangible assets of organizations: the competencies, values, and motivations of people.

We bring passion for our work and a high level of specialization through our team, which includes evaluation and development experts, assessors, coaches accredited by the ICF (International Coach Federation), trainers, and managers with significant experience in national and international contexts.

With a dynamic and flexible structure, we respond promptly and competently to the needs of organizations, whether medium or large, national or multinational. We realize large-scale projects capable of integrating digital innovation and the value of human relationships, while maintaining attention to each client's specific needs. We operate in Italy and the United States.

We are certified for Training and Assessment Centre services under UNI EN ISO 2001:2008 and for Coaching under UNI 11601:2015.
