Beyond HR Forum

Beyond HR Forum is a publicly held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland.

We operate BEYOND – Global HR Leadership Forum, an event for the HR community that addresses megatrends and global themes facing senior HR leaders across sectors worldwide.

The forum brings together more than 200 influential HR leaders and senior executives to discuss the latest insights and debate the future of the HR function in an intimate networking environment. We rely on internationally renowned speakers to explore megatrends and to provide insights and inspiration for the evolution of HR. HR leaders and featured guests share their vision and participate in small breakout sessions, helping participants discover new avenues for creating meaningful HR solutions in the changing realities of the organizations they support. In the high-touch setting, participants also expand personal networks and professional alliances.
