Bindermann I The Employer Branding Company we are a privately held organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2014 and are headquartered in Budapest, Hungary.

We provide advice on HR and communications related issues for midsize and large companies in several industries. We recognise the significance of attracting, committing and retaining talents and specialist workforce. Through efficient internal communications and personal marketing we support our clients in building a company culture where staff feel comfortable and like to work. External communications align with internal relations (company culture), and as a result the profit-making ability of the whole organisation increases, HR communications processes become transparent and the employer brand of the company develops.
