We are Biotalent Leaders, a self-owned organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2011 and are headquartered in City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

We operate through consultancy, based on the integration of neuroscience, behavioral sciences, positive psychology, the science of wellbeing, and coaching for business, and we accompany organizations in the formation and development of Integral Leaders. We seek to unlock innate talents in people so that leaders act as agents of change, co-creating and catalyzing a new collaborative paradigm and elevating organizations to a level of consciousness with results that include everyone.
