We are a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2023 and are headquartered in Bergen, Norway.

We specialize in services within upbringing and education, health and care, and cleaning. Our goal is to ensure quality, stability and safety in all aspects of the staffing process. As an inclusive agency, we focus on strengthening diversity and inclusion in the workplace by offering personnel with diverse backgrounds and experiences.

We deliver our services through careful staff selection and tailored staffing, focusing on professional competence, experience, and the ability to fulfill assignments in the relevant environments. We offer short-term, long-term, and specialized professionals for specific projects. All our staff carry valid HSE cards.

In kindergarten settings, we provide kindergarten teachers, kindergarten assistants, child- and youth workers, and pedagogical leaders. In schools, we provide teacher substitutes, teacher assistants, SFO assistants, environment workers and therapists, and special educators. In health and care, we supply nurses, welfare workers, care assistants, and health care workers. In cleaning, we provide cleaners for schools and kindergartens, cleaners for moving, and cleaners for office spaces. Our specialties include pedagogical competence, care and empathy, good role models, creativity, and collaboration.
