We are BSSL, a partnership operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 1999 and are headquartered in Moscow, Russia.

We offer Azimut 2.0, a business sociometry system for evaluating employees. We provide a web-based tool for analyzing interactions and competencies within organizations. We diagnose and address problems in team collaboration, assess employees’ contributions to projects, evaluate competencies (similar to a 360-degree assessment, but without its drawbacks), and observe how departments interact.

We deliver our services via this web instrument, focusing on diagnostics and evaluation. We have completed over 1,000 evaluation projects and evaluated more than 120,000 employees, and we maintain an 80%+ corporate client retention rate.
