We, Buhar - Conciencia en Desarrollo, are a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2010 and are headquartered in Capital Federal, Argentina.

We develop organizations (companies, entities, institutions) to achieve better results by supporting the development of individuals and groups interested in expanding their potential, through consulting services, training for leadership positions, coordination of learning groups, and coaching for individuals and groups.

We respect the culture and history of our clients, providing an environment of openness, care, objectivity, and trust to address each situation. We hold a view of the parts and the whole that is changing and that contains them.

Our programs include Organizational Consulting, Sustainability of human relationships, Family Businesses, Coaching for Groups and Individuals, Programs to Develop People for Leadership Roles, Learning Groups, and In-Company Workshops.
