We are CAREER 8M, a publicly held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Tbilisi, Georgia.

We connect job seekers with employers, and employers may be organizations or individuals. Employment occurs in the service sector. Job seekers, in addition to employment, receive professional counseling about employment opportunities based on their experience and interests. We participate in a nanny training and employment program operated by NGO Social Space. Through this program, nannies receive training in psychology and medicine, and we help retrained nannies find employment. Together, we care for professional development and better working conditions.

We deliver our services by facilitating connections between job seekers and a range of employers in the service sector, and by providing counseling to explore employment opportunities that align with experience and interests.
