Caritas et Labora Human Resource Service Cooperative, we are a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2007 and are headquartered in Manila, Philippines. We are a multi-purpose cooperative duly registered with the Corporative Development Authority, making us VAT exempt, and DOLE registered as an independent contractor under DO-174.

We offer business partners efficient and quality service by maintaining a pool of competent, trustworthy, and responsible members-workers, including housekeeping, admin/back office staff, security aides, warehouses personnel, skilled/construction workers, cashiers, kitchen staff, nursing orderly, dietary crews, etc., and by providing equipment and cleaning supplies.

We deliver services through a cooperative model by maintaining a pool of competent, trustworthy, and responsible members-workers across a range of roles and by supplying equipment and cleaning supplies to our partners.
