We are Cespim Srl - Ricerca & Selezione Personale, a partnership operating in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. We were founded in 1977 and are headquartered in Fiorano Modenese, Italy.

We are a historic presence in Modena and have operated for more than 45 years in the field of personnel research and selection. Over the years we have built a solid network of companies of primary importance at national and international levels. Historically based in Modena, we moved and expanded our offices to Fiorano Modenese in recent years. We pursue a bidirectional focus on people, with a two-way approach between candidates and corporate references. On one side, we follow candidates from the first interview to their onboarding, managing any issues that may arise. On the other, we support client companies in a collaborative recruitment process, through constant dialogue with HR divisions, becoming a partner in the Recruiting process rather than a mere service provider. We study and develop recruitment methodologies tailored to each organizational need, and through Executive Head Hunting and Assessment we select and evaluate profiles by carefully analyzing professional characteristics and personal attitudes.
