CISES S.r.l. is a privately held company operating in the human resources industry, specializing in applied psychology and the management of human resources within organizations. We were founded in 1984 and are headquartered in Padova, Italy.

Our purpose is to provide services based on constant scientific innovation and a focus on quality, delivering solutions for the evaluation, monitoring, management and development of human resources in the workplace.

Based in Padova, Italy, we operate in Italy and publish TPM – Testing, Psychometrics, Methodology in Applied Psychology, an English-language journal produced in Italy with international distribution and indexed by Elsevier Scopus, PsycINFO and EBSCO.
