We are CITZ Academy, a company operating in the Human Resources industry as an educational organization. We were founded in 2011 and are headquartered in Panama.

We are composed of a team of highly qualified and certified professionals. We offer consulting and solutions across the various HR subsystems. We have professionals who have held high-level executive positions in HR and Talent Development, and they have worked in local and international companies, occupying regional positions, with experience in multicultural management, which allows us to provide our clients with solutions tailored to their unique and specific needs.
