We are Claremont Consulting, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2002 and are headquartered in London, England.

We provide Talent Solution Services to a global client base from our head office in London and offices based in North and South America, Hong Kong and Europe. We have developed a robust set of Talent Solutions that cover the fundamentals of what we do as a company and differentiate ourselves by offering a variety of services ranging from retained recruitment projects in the specialist areas of Data and Development, an MSP service for volume recruitment needs and a fully outsourced RPO service offering. We take a proactive approach built around fully understanding the needs of clients who have to be agile, need to scale quickly and/or hire in volume but still enable them to maintain control of their hiring processes.

Our client partnerships and our market knowledge of the talent pools in our specialist areas enable us to provide comprehensive strategies that help our clients hire, grow and retain their talent. Whether it's integrating specialist Talent Acquisition teams, technology, and best practice processes into our clients' operations or providing a tailored service on a retained project, we lead the end-to-end hiring process for our clients.
