Concept Placement Resources Inc.—we are a privately held staffing and recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 1984 and are headquartered in Makati, Philippines.

We deploy thousands of Filipino contract workers to clients in a variety of countries since our inception in 1984, and more recently we have focused on supplying manpower mainly to construction in the Middle East.

We have expanded to include a training center in Batangas where trainees can upgrade their technical skills.

We operate in the Philippines and Saudi Arabia, with a presence in Makati, Cebu City, and Batangas City in the Philippines, and in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
