Conkret ApS is a partnership operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2004 and are headquartered in Hørsholm, Denmark.

We help job seekers, companies, employees and candidates to identify untapped potential and translate it into success. We offer job applications and career guidance, along with outplacement programs designed to help candidates pursue desirable career opportunities.

We perform individual search and selection tasks, where knowledge of the job candidate is the decisive factor. This personal knowledge helps ensure the right hire. We know our job candidates well, as we have often worked with them during their job searches previously.

From indicators to actual results in the company: With "Company Measurements" we map potentials and challenges within a team's, clarifying which adjustments are needed to reach strategic goals.
