We are Consortium Of Indonesian Manning Agencies, a nonprofit organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 1990 and are headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia.

We unite and advance Indonesian Manning Agencies to raise the professionalism of our members and to expand our market share and employment opportunities for seafarers, both in Indonesia and abroad. We actively participate in supporting the government to increase and broaden employment opportunities for Indonesians, especially seafarers. We contribute to activities in the field of seafarer skills to support national development. We build and strengthen cooperation between manning companies and relevant government authorities and other organizations. We provide services to manning companies in relation to the training and development of seafarers, as well as professional management of companies.

We pursue our objectives by establishing cooperation with the government and related parties, both inside Indonesia and internationally. We promote national awareness and patriotism among Indonesian Manning Agencies as a national asset in developing and expanding the seafaring sector. We provide services to manning companies in relation to training and development of seafarers, and professional management of their companies.

We operate in Indonesia and engage with government and related parties domestically and internationally, consistent with our activities and scope as described.

We serve as a forum for consultation to analyze and disseminate data and information.
